What this work involves
Regardless of whether you choose group facilitation or 1:1 coaching, you will receive:
What this isn't:
- A loving and collaborative approach to accountability rooted in compassion
- Practices for sitting with the discomfort of being complicit in oppressive systems
- Practices for seeing the complexity of systems of supremacy & how they uphold each other
- Guidance on how to see prejudiced implicit biases & how to disrupt them
- Guidance on how to educate yourself and integrate what you learn into your life
- Guidance on how to be an accomplice in the liberation of Black, Indigenous, Asian, disabled, & QILT2BAG people
What this isn't:
- This is not diversity & inclusion training
- This is not about convincing white, non-disabled, cis gender and/or heterosexual people that inequality exists and is a social, cultural and systemic issue
- This is not a space for so-called 'debate' and bad-faith arguments for deflecting our personal responsibility for social change
