What this work involves

Regardless of whether you choose group facilitation or 1:1 coaching, you will receive:
  • A loving but firm collaborative approach to accountability rooted in compassion
  • Practices for disarming whiteness, noticing ableism & sitting with the discomfort of being complicit in oppressive systems
  • Guidance on how to see prejudiced implicit biases & how to disrupt them
  • An approach to allyship that is about white people supporting each other in active anti-racism
  • Guidance on how to educate yourself and integrate what you learn into your life
  • Guidance on how to be an accomplice to BIPoC
  • Practical tools for seeing and disrupting racism, whiteness & anti-blackness
  • An intersectional feminist lens of anti-racism supported by years of practice and my personal commitment to lifelong learning

What this isn't:
This is not diversity & inclusion training
This is not about convincing white people that racism exists and is a social, cultural and systemic issue
This is not a space for so-called 'debate' and bad-faith arguments for deflecting our personal responsibility for social change

Racism 201 for groups

Includes: Six 90-minute meetings, weekly or bi-weekly, with homework assignments between

Ideal for a team or group of three to eight white people who want to go deeper together into the work of anti-racism and becoming accomplices to Black, Indigenous, Latinx, East-Asian & South-Asian colleagues, community members and friends. This is recommended for people who have already participated in the Large Group offering or who have done any other form of training, such as Layla Saad's 'Me & White Supremacy' Workbook, Ruth King's Mindful of Race trainings, or Robin DiAngelo's White Fragility workbook.

Racism 201 for individuals

Includes: Six 1-hour sessions, weekly or bi-weekly, with homework assignments between

Custom support for individuals, particularly in positions of leadership, who want to integrate what they are learning about race in order to help understand the barriers to an inclusive and representative work environment. My method includes an understanding of neuroscience, implicit biases, and how to apply mindfulness to shift the paradigm of white supremacy.
