I chose a black unicorn as my feature animal in a card that represents imagination, dreams and sometimes nightmares. It’s about paying attention to your dreams, both those of your subconscious and those for your future. Depending one where this card lands in a reading it can also signify the realisation of a dream.
This card was incredible to paint as the creative process was just as fun as the technical. I really enjoyed researching techniques for painting the moon and am most proud of this particular aspect of the piece.
